Effective immediately, due to staff shortages, all registrations will be processed online, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your appointments will be scheduled and emailed to your attention within 5 days of receiving your online registration. Please be sure to check your spam mail.
If you require Spanish services, please contact our office for assistance.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding this matter. Our staff are still available to answer your questions during the hours of 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. Clients can also contact our staff via email at clientinquiry@duic.org instead of calling and waiting for a response. The email will be responded to within one business day.
